THE ENGINE

1. New internal modifications to the muffler. It is quieter and more efficient.

2. Right hand side cover is now in two parts. A separate cover to allow quick access to service the clutch is bolted to the side cover.

3. Added air intake at the rear of the seat for improved engine breathing.

THE RIDE

1. Footpeg moved 5 mm to the rear. This gives an improved riding position and better traction and feel.

2. The rear brake mastercylinder is now by Nissin. All major brake components are now by Nissin.

3. New rear brake lever to integrate with the new mastercylinder.

4. New front Marzocchi Shiver forks. These have been developed specifically for the Beta RR Enduro bike. Stiction is reduced making the forks much more sensitive to bumps. It works better at high speeds with greater capacity for hugging the ground.

5. Completely reworked internals for the rear Sachs shock specifically designed for the Beta RR. This gives greater progressiveness and traction with an increase in capacity for absorbing bumps.

6. New seat design with altered profile giving a better sitting position. New padding providing improved support.

THE LOOK

1. Black anodised rims, handlebars and outer fork tubes.

2. Beefed up sidestand and bracket.

3. New graphics in an aggressive mix of black and white combined with Beta’s traditional flouro red plastics.
